Hello! I’m Summer Rose Wood, an independent graphic designer, musician, novice gardener and juggler with a knack for organizing other folk’s creative visions. I graduated from the University of North Florida with a BFA in Graphic Design and Digital Media, and a minor in Education. Beyond my formal education, I’ve devoted my time and creative resources to social justice work, from volunteering/organizing for Girls Rock Camp Jacksonville to providing design work for JASMYN to help create safe(r) spaces for queer and trans youth. My heart is with the underdogs, the artists, the musicians, and all of those who work to make this Earth a more beautiful and sustainable place to call home. I dream of someday becoming a Master Gardener and traveling the world through music, gifting my hosts with homemade hot sauce along the way in true southern fashion. I’ve toured nationally with queer indie-electronic band TOMBOi and also lend my talents to swoon-rock indie folk band, Four Families.
Peek my projects to explore more of my professional work, and feel free to say hi if you’d like to collaborate on a project you’re currently conjuring up. I’m here to help.
